Having been involved in the Financial Services sector for over 7 decades between them, FinTec Business Solutions and our partner company DALUS Technologies were founded by a very experienced and dedicated team with a single purpose. As both customers of commercial software platforms and later working with the software providers themselves, our founders decided on a new approach to software development. This is to create platforms that are not only highly functional and customisable, but so easy and intuitive to use that our customers can deploy the system with minimal instruction (and hence minimal cost) and users also need very little training so they become effective almost immediately.

FinTec are also the chosen implementation and support partner for TCN Inc. for EMEA and have integrated their call centre platform to our flagship Collectiv Case Management System to provide even more easily accessible communications technology.
